Once your order payment as been confirmed by EWAY (Our independent verified Credit Card merchant server), we process your order straight away, we package it with care and your purchase is readied for delivery by Australia Post.
Gosford Hobbies doesn’t charge for packaging, we charge exactly what the Australia Post costs are. These are automatically worked out at time of purchase, if buying multiple items the weight is adjusted to ensure you are not paying too much
All orders are sent via Registered Mail, we will email the Registered mail number to you, so that you track its route to your delivery address. Remember if you are not home, a card will be left in your letter box, advising which Post Office to attend to obtain your package.
Normally, if an order is received by 1pm it is processed and sent the same day, however after 1pm or weekends and Public Holidays your purchase is despatched the next business day. Delivery timings, we are afraid are out of the control of Gosford Hobbies, but with the Registered Mail number you are assured your purchase will not go astray. (For purchases within Australia only)
Our web site is constantly updated, but sometimes due to the popularity of an item, we may be temporarily out of stock, if, in this unlikely event, we will immediately contact you advise you of any delay, as we know how important your purchase is.
